A wonderful opportunity has arisen to work as an Account Director on a permanent full-time basis within a commercial telecommunications business. This position will involve managing allocated corporate accounts as the key point of contact for customers, identifying and prospecting for new business opportunities by phone, email, social media, peer networks and sector specific events, managing and reporting on account performance, developing and presenting strategic account development plans and maintaining and managing internal stakeholders and vendor relationships to develop solutions and sales to budget and time to customer satisfaction. This varied position will cover account management and sales, pre sales, financials, customer satisfaction, sales reporting, sales administration and training. It is essential that you hold a full valid driving license.
