Facilities Assistant - Jersey

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic team player to support their facilities officer and filing team. The position is available to more junior candidates as full-time, or experienced candidates as part or full-time hours. This varied role would suit someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who can work well with employees of all levels and who has a proactive approach to work. Duties include filing support, stationary and store duties, archiving, setting up meeting rooms, health and safety and working with suppliers to support the day to day running of the building. This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed where full training will be provided.
