Itchyfeet are working on a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator, Compensation & Benefits to join our client’s friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. You will input payroll data, conduct first review reports, respond and resolve payroll audit queries and accurately administer all benefit documentation for all employees across all jurisdictions. You will also support the managers with annual salary reviews and compensation queries. The ideal individual will hold A levels or equivalent, CIPD level 5 or equivalent, 3+ years’ HR / benefit administration and payroll experience.
