The successful candidate will hold a degree in Information technology, have ITIL v4 certification and qualifications or professional memberships in Salesforce Badges, Financial services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Collaboration Cloud and Marketing Cloud, Lightning Exp, Security Specialist, Customer360, Process automation specialist, Einstein Analytics, Discovery Insights Specialist and Developer. You will also benefit from having proven experience in building cross-functional relationships and working with colleagues across an organisation.
