Bank Reconciliation Officer - Guernsey

This is a new and exciting temporary, full-time opportunity for a Bank Reconciliation Officer to record all company spending, including purchases, invoices, sales and the provision of accurate information on company outgoings for the purposes of filing accounts. You will reconcile the company bank accounts, work with the team to resolve any discrepancies, maintain accurate data and assist with payroll and any fee collections. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, strong organisational, IT and numeracy skills and be proficient in English with good communication skills. It would be desirable if you have previous experience within a bookkeeping / accounting administration role and experience using Microsoft excel, Quickbooks (or similar accounting software) and any other proprietary software.
