Senior Administrator, Family Office - Guernsey

You will work as part of a Client Workgroup dealing with all aspects of administration of multi-jurisdictional trusts and companies ensuring excellent client service. This full-time senior role involves close interaction with all members of the Family Office Client Support Team including Directors / Senior Management of Family Office, external clients and business contacts. Duties include preparing documents, maintaining records, arranging investment reviews and recognising and contributing to the mitigation of risk. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience in the administration of trusts and international companies, hold a professional STEP or ICSA qualification and have experience working in a similar role. You will also have a good understanding of Family Office, HNW / UHNW market and associated regulatory requirements.
