Our client is seeking a Compliance / Co-sec Manager, to join their friendly team, on a permanent full or part-time basis to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. This role is split between administration and compliance duties including compliance monitoring, completing basic due diligence, preparing board packs and liaising with clients. The successful candidate will have co-sec experience and a significant compliance background.
