Senior Customer Services Administrator - Isle of Man

We have an exciting permanent position available for a Senior Customer Services Administrator in our client’s New Business Team. Our client is seeking an individual with a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering and Fighting Financial Crime in the finance industry. This role is ideal for a high-performing administrator with expertise in customer due diligence, new business acceptance, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include reviewing new business applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining relationships with brokers and regional offices. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of financial services experience in Life Assurance, a good understanding of relevant regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and quality.
