Our client is seeking a Trust Officer to join their friendly and professional team, on a permanent full or part-time basis, to provide support to the team to achieve business objectives, projects and goals as directed by the Client Services Director / Managing Director. Duties will include supporting the administration of a varied and interesting portfolio of complex clients, liaising with clients and intermediaries on their transactions, drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and managing standard correspondence. The ideal candidate will have experience within a fiduciary environment, good interpersonal and organisational skills and a willingness to learn. Working towards a relevant qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA or legal qualification would be advantageous.
