As a Senior Administrator you will assist with general accounting duties within our clients’ internal finance department on a permanent full-time basis. Duties will include but not be limited to managing the finance inbox, ensuring work is completed within the required timescales and to required standards, processing financial transactions on accounting systems and processing data through sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of transaction. You will also reconcile VAT, purchase and sales ledgers, perform monthly bank reconciliations, process and review bank payments and answer client calls and queries.
