Our client is seeking a Technical Support Administrator to join their pro-active and friendly team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide technical support to company employees and key data to the business stakeholders whilst working hybrid and closely with the Technical Director and the Business Analyst team. You will be responsible for ensuring that employees have the necessary software tools and technical support to perform their job functions efficiently. You’ll also have responsibility for troubleshooting software issues, answering employee questions, and providing software training when necessary.
