Our client is seeking a Regulatory Specialist, FATCA / CRS, to be responsible for providing Customer Services (CS) with expert advice (SME) and monitoring to ensure compliance with all applicable, current regulation and reporting standards with a particular focus on FATCA and CRS. This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity where you will lead the delivery of 1st line monitoring of all CS regulatory controls, including AEOI, FATCA and CRS ensuring there are effective actions addressing the underlying causes of any problems identified. If you hold a recognised industry / professional qualification e.g. Certificate in Compliance or Financial Planning Certificate, have experience in designing and implementing 1st line monitoring and the ability to take a risk-based approach to organising workloads, then this could be the role for you!
