As Senior Customer Services administrator you will review new business applications, provide constructive feedback and support to colleague in IOM & Regional offices, ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with the company’s internal guidelines & procedures, as well as contact Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information. This role would suit a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience in Life Assurance and a good understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority’s Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
