Senior Customer Service Administrator, New Business - Isle of Man

Are you a high performing new business expert, with an in-depth understanding of CDD, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements with strong attention to detail? If so, this permanent vacancy based in Castletown may interest you! As Senior Customer Services administrator you will review new business applications, provide constructive feedback and support to colleague in IOM & Regional offices, ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with the company’s internal guidelines & procedures, as well as contact Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information. This role would suit a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience in Life Assurance and a good understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority’s Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
