Our client is seeking a CDD Reviewer to join their team, on a temporary basis, to ensure that the Group complies with all Guernsey regulatory and money laundering laws & legislation within the meanings defined within the Guernsey Financial Services Commission’s laws rules and codes. You will conduct robust reviews on trust and company entities, ensuring entity is compliant with the relevant laws and legal documentation. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of the GFSC AML/CFT Handbook and Guernsey Legislation along with good level of analytical and problem solving abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and develop new ways of working, where you will have the opportunity to input into the evolution of their business processes on an ongoing basis.
