Customer Services & Sales Administrator - Guernsey

If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services and Sales Administrator to join our client’s team, on a permanent full-time basis. Duties will include providing a high level of customer service, answering incoming calls, resolving or redirecting queries, taking orders, upselling products and assisting with administration. The ideal candidate will have a experience in a similar role, good knowledge of Microsoft products and a high level of self-awareness to remain calm under pressure and to therefore be able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
