Our client is seeking a Corporate Governance Executive to join their dynamic Corporate Governance team, on a permanent full-time basis. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse group of professionals as you help develop and implement the best practices for good corporate governance across our client’s portfolio of companies. Duties will include assisting with the incorporation of new companies and submitting changes to existing company structures, drafting, preparing and filing documents and conducting due diligence on relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
