Client Services Administrator x2 - Guernsey

Our client’s firm specialises in offering life-insurance based wealth management and employee benefit solutions. An opening is now available for two Client Services Administrators to join their team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will issue pre renewals and rate reviews, monitor rate acceptance, liaise with other teams, chase debt and ensure documentation is kept up to date. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide high quality customer services with a professional, client focused approach and add value to existing client relationships. You will also be flexible and adaptable, have excellent communication skills and an intermediate level of experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook software.
