A wonderful 6 month temporary opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist for a leading retailers’ office. You will manage telephone calls and provide administrative support to various managers in the office, demonstrating a customer focus, confident manner and excellent organisational skills. Duties include but are not limited to greeting clients and representatives, assisting with the preparation of meetings, directing internal mail and correspondence and booking / ordering taxis, flowers and meeting rooms. This is an opportunity not to be missed for someone with excellent time management skills, proven administration experience and a strong working knowledge of MS Office, emails and maintaining an electronic calendar system.
