Itchyfeet are working on an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Head of Compliance to join our client’s Risk, Legal and Compliance team, on permanent full-time basis. You will primarily be responsible for fulfilling the duties of the Head of Compliance as well as acting as the Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) / Compliance Officer (CO) for CST. Duties will also include providing support with new business applications, reporting and conducting staff training. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in law / business administration or similar trust relevant education, 8+ years of professional experience in trust business in particular in compliance or legal, risk management, audit or trust management with a focus on regulatory standards. You will also have a broad knowledge of the GFSC and Regulatory framework, be able and willing to hold accountability and have a process-oriented way of thinking.
