Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their friendly team, on a temporary part-time basis, working 22.5 to 25 hours per week, in the mornings from 8.30am to 1pm. Your main duties will include managing the switchboard and dealing with all incoming telephone calls, receiving and distributing incoming post, newspapers and magazines, greeting and recording all visitors, as well as stamping outgoing post and ensuring the reception area is kept tidy. You will also assist with ad-hoc non-confidential tasks for HR such as travel bookings, assisting with careers fairs, setting up for meetings, organising presentations and talks etc. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
