A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT professional to join our client’s team, on a temporary basis, until 31st December 2025. You will be responsible for the installation and fault resolution of leased line/private circuit/data centre services and data/voice/broadband services over copper and fibre. You will be required to ensure that the delivery of bandwidth services to customers is carried out in a timely, professional manner in an evolving technical environment. This role will involve communicating with both internal and external customers, therefore strong communication skills and a calm under pressure attitude are important. The successful candidate will be required to join a callout rota in order to provide out of hours cover which includes nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
