Our client is seeking a Tenancy Management Officer to join their friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for receiving anti-social behaviour / nuisance complaints and investigating such complaints within agreed procedures, working with tenants, and other agencies where appropriate and acting against the perpetrators, including preparing casework for legal action, and representing in court, when necessary. The team are also responsible for reviewing existing tenancies due for renewal or termination. The ideal candidate will have a good level of education / a degree / appropriate NVQ Level4, the ability to deal with many high priority cases and a sound knowledge of the Jersey Tenancy Law (Jersey) 2011 and other relevant legislation. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of working in a team and hold a clean drivers licence as it is essential for this role.
