The Trainee HR and Resourcing Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR Team. Duties will include induction administration including preparation and completion of induction checklists, pre-screening, reference checks, response letters and world checks, creation of monthly management and ad-hoc reports and supporting the HR Manager with payroll administration. The successful candidate will be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, be willing to work towards a relevant HR qualification and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
