A new opportunity has arisen for a Professional Services Engineer to be responsible for supporting and implementing solutions based around communication, collaboration and networking systems, predominantly Cisco and Mitel. The successful applicant will work with a wider team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to delivering excellent solutions and in-life customer experience, and demonstrate strong technical competence through engaging in technology decision-making discussions. The successful candidate will have a 3 – 7 years in a similar role, a strong understanding of telecommunications and be able to demonstrate extensive product knowledge covering Cisco, Mitel, VM, Application along with other industry standard solutions.
