Our client is seeking a Manager, Business Risk, Risk Execution, to join their professional team on a permanent full-time basis. You will implement measures for the pro-active identification, execution, prioritisation and measurement of risks controls for managing & monitoring of business risk (compliance, reputational and non-financial risks) for the Isle of Man entity in alignment with the Business Risk Framework, client experience and profitability measures. The ideal candidate will hold a degree / diploma in either risk management or banking, have 8-10 years’ experience in operational risks and related controls, sound knowledge of risk principles (e.g., non-financial risk, regulatory risk, reputational risk, etc.) and exposure in general banking and risk management principles.
