In this role as an IT Support Specialist, you are the go-to person for technical assistance within the organisation. Your responsibilities encompass troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining user desktop environments, overseeing the telephone system, managing user access, documenting IT procedures, and ensuring data security. You'll also participate in disaster recovery and security audits, engage with vendors, assist new staff in adapting to IT systems, and provide technical guidance to business users.
