Client Administrator

Our client is seeking a skilled Client Administrator to manage general office duties, provide reception cover, and handle administrative tasks related to their fiduciary services. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be accountable to the Senior Management Team for your performance and day-to-day activities. Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the company’s fiduciary services.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of client information and transactions.
  • Prepare and file legal documents and correspondence in accordance with office policies and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and provide reception coverage as needed.
  • Assist with general office duties and other tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and general office duties.
  • Experience in a fiduciary or similar professional environment is advantageous.
