Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a permanent full or part-time basis. You will be greeting and assisting clients and visitors, whilst answering and directing telephone calls. Duties will also include maintaining up to date staff employee records and booking absences on the system, photocopying, scanning and printing out documents for colleagues and clients, as required and assisting with some financial data. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, knowledge of office management systems and procedures and strong organisational and planning skills. If you have experience and knowledge of other software i.e. Adobe Creative Suit, this will be advantageous.
