Senior Fund Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator on a permanent full-time basis. The purpose of this position is to carry out routine day to day administration of a complex range of fund structures under the direction of a line manager. Duties will include coordinating all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability, attendance at and drafting of minutes for board and shareholder meetings, ensuring staff are trained on electronic banking systems and acting as a mentor to more junior staff members. The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification e.g. ACCA, ACA or CGI and have 3+ years' of financial services experience, holding or working towards the CGI Certificate or similar, or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification.
