Junior Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Junior Trust & Company Administrator to join their Client Services team. This full-time role involves providing administrative support to the Trust and Company teams. The successful candidate will assist with new business documentation, statutory filings, and portfolio administration for high-net-worth clients. Click here to read more.


Job Duties:

  • Process new business documentation as instructed.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Scan, file, process receipts and payments, prepare letters, and manage client invoicing.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory documents.
  • Provide support to the Trust & Company Manager and team colleagues in administering portfolios for high-net-worth clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply new skills.
  • Capacity to produce quality work under strict deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Accurately and methodically complete detailed technical work as instructed.
  • Self-motivated with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems using available information.
  • Team player with effective communication skills across all staff levels.
