Senior Customer Services Administrator, New Business

Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their New Business team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing new business applications, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) controls, and liaising with financial advisers and customers to gather outstanding information. Job Duties

  • Review new business applications to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with AML and CTF controls.
  • Ensure that all new business applications are accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Contact financial advisers and customers to request and obtain any outstanding information required to complete new business applications.

 

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in life assurance, ideally within new business.
  • Strong understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority’s (FSA’s) Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
