Job Duties:

• Assist with the preparation and processing of valuations for a variety of assets.
• Ensure all valuation documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to review and analyse valuation reports.
• Support the implementation of valuation policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle queries related to valuations and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in valuation standards.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a valuations or similar administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks and cover for colleagues as needed.
