Transfer / Investor Agency Administrator

Our client is seeking a Transfer/Investor Agency Administrator for a full-time, permanent role. They specialise in providing a comprehensive range of corporate and administration services, including fund establishment, regulatory applications, compliance services, and shareholder dealing. Job Duties:

• Administer and maintain investor records, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed.
• Manage shareholder onboarding, including due diligence reviews and KYC processes.
• Liaise with investors and provide excellent support for their inquiries and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements, as well as calculations for solvency or liquidity requirements.
• Organise and minute board meetings, preparing corporate secretarial documents as required.
• Ensure that client compliance requirements are met, following internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Support in NAV production, valuation services, and regular reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly in fund administration.
• Experience with onboarding investors and conducting due diligence/KYC processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, with a client-centric approach to service.
• Proficiency in managing financial statements and understanding solvency/liquidity requirements.
