Onboarding / Compliance Administrator

Job Duties:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence and background checks on new clients and related parties.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of compliance records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor ongoing client activities to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an onboarding or compliance role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
