Manager, Fiduciary Management & Administration

Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Fiduciary Management and Administration team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational support to an Engagement Lead or Lead Director, managing a portfolio of clients and co-ordinating various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery. Job Duties:

  • Manage client relationships with guidance from an Engagement Lead or Lead Director.
  • Co-ordinate service delivery across departments, ensuring a focus on adding value while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide technical support on trust and company matters, deferring complex issues to the Lead Director as necessary.
  • Support new business development by maintaining and developing referral channels.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
  • Ensure effective control of WIP, billing, and debtor management within company guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and report significant issues to senior management.
  • Act as a Key Person, understanding and assisting with KYC and due diligence requirements, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Attained or working towards a recognised professional qualification e.g. ICSA, STEP.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a relevant financial services environment.
  • Proven management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
  • Strong technical experience in the administration of trusts and offshore fiduciary structures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to manage client relationships and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Experience using fiduciary management and data storage software e.g. ViewPoint, Laserfiche.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
