Team Leader, Regular Premium and Legacy

Our client is seeking a motivated Team Leader for the Regular Premium and Legacy team to assist the Client Services Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team. This role involves supporting and developing team members to foster a high-performance culture, as well as stepping in for the manager when necessary. Job Duties: 

  • Promote a high-performance culture by embodying the organisation’s values in all aspects of the role.
  • Support team members through regular performance reviews, providing development feedback and encouraging a culture of recognition.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager in managing poor performance and absence processes.
  • Help set team objectives, aligning them with business goals.
  • Establish and oversee training and development plans for the team and individuals.
  • Manage the team’s workflow to ensure service level agreements are met, escalating any concerns and proposing solutions.
  • Support capacity planning through data analysis and quality results, and recommend process efficiencies.
  • Monitor and manage risks, investigating breaches and complaints, and identify development opportunities to mitigate future mistakes.
  • Assist with recruitment within the team.
  • Contribute to team motivation by leading team huddles and meetings, promoting inclusion and cross-team collaboration.
  • Step in for the Client Services Manager during absences or in required meetings.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices, driving success and development within the team leader community.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Experience in analysing data and working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
