Job Duties:
- Effectively deliver a range of heightened supervision activities, aligned with regulatory requirements and as directed.
- Centre supervisory performance on risk mitigation, applying an appropriate supervisory approach.
- Foster strong relationships with other units within Supervision and across the business to ensure the appropriate execution of regulatory responsibilities.
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive papers for senior colleagues to aid informed decision-making regarding regulatory strategies.
- Actively enhance internal working practices and procedures where improvements are identified.
- Manage sensitive data with the highest standards of data integrity.
- Engage in change initiatives and project work as required.
Job Requirements:
- A background or experience in financial services, regulation, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Comfort in producing comprehensive written reports and excellent time management skills.
