Business Support Administrator

Our client is seeking a part-time Business Support Administrator to assist in the delivery of top-tier consultancy services for high-profile construction projects across Guernsey and the UK. Based in the Guernsey office, this role involves providing administrative and business support to the team, including quality assurance, proof-reading, and managing project correspondence. The position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week, worked across 4 or 5 days. Click here to read more

 

Job Duties:

  • Proof-read a range of documents, ensuring grammatical accuracy and literacy
  • Prepare reports and meeting minutes for the team
  • Manage project correspondence with contractors and consultants, tracking requests for information and following up on responses
  • Liaise with client team members to ensure smooth communication
  • Print and bind reports for client presentations
  • Handle printing and posting of various project correspondence
  • Answer landline telephone calls, manage enquiries, and distribute messages to the team
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of business supplies

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and strong proof-reading skills
  • Experience in preparing client reports, including advanced Excel skills (data input and use of graphs)
  • Familiarity with PDF files and DocuSign (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability
