Our client is looking for a dedicated Mobile Branch Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer service on the Isle of Man. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for managing mobile branch banking services, including safely driving the mobile branch to scheduled locations. Job Duties:
- Drive the mobile branch to and from scheduled stops and base location, ensuring safe and timely operation
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, processing transactions and handling queries
- Identify and refer customers to relevant banking specialists as needed
- Follow mobile branch safety and operational protocols, prioritising health and safety for colleagues and customers
- Maintain customer records accurately, recording all actions and outcomes
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Develop local community knowledge to enhance service relevance and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence and C1 licence, with confidence in driving the mobile branch vehicle
- Proven customer service experience in a banking environment, with an understanding of banking sales and service processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain products and services
- Ability to work independently and proactively, using initiative to meet customer needs
