Senior Administrator, Trust & Corporate

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to manage a complex portfolio of trust and company structures, delivering exceptional client administration. Job Duties:

  • Administer a portfolio of trust and company entities, ensuring timely responses to client communications.
  • Build and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships through high-quality service.
  • Prepare and attend client meetings, including drafting file notes and board minutes.
  • Handle client onboarding, terminations, and transfers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Manage payments and assist the accounts team with clarifications or queries.
  • Review financial accounts and investment portfolio performance in line with procedures.
  • Present transactions to the Material Transaction Committee when required.
  • Oversee billing, approve invoicing, and manage fee collection and debtor processes.
  • Maintain and update client profiles, risk assessments, and due diligence records.
  • Liaise with the compliance team for regulatory requirements and ensure timely completion of action points.
  • Record time entries daily and contribute to the team as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within fiduciary services.
  • Working towards or willing to study a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, CGI, ACCA).
  • Good understanding of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Viewpoint is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrates drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
