Customer Support Administrator x 2

Our client is seeking two Customer Support Administrators to deliver exceptional customer service to clients and IFAs. This full-time role involves handling telephone, email, and Webchat requests efficiently within specified service times. You will provide professional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Click here to read more

Job Duties:

  • Communicate professionally and accurately with internal and external clients through telephone, email, and Webchat.
  • Identify problem areas and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and company standards.
  • Process policyholder and trustee Extranet registrations.
  • Produce in-force illustrations and chargeable event calculations as required.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements and internal procedures.
  • Contribute to campaigns and support lead generation efforts when necessary.
  • Provide detailed explanations of “existing business” processes to clients.
  • Draft professional letters and faxes when required.


Job Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing administrative role.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy while meeting service standards.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet individual targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A clear understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • A positive telephone manner and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
