Job Duties:
- Manage and provide guidance to the People Operations Team, including training and support for direct reports.
- Conduct detailed reviews of current processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide workforce planning advice, focusing on role definition and team structure to improve agility.
- Lead organisational design efforts, including the creation of people architecture, job families, and job titles.
- Develop and implement a performance management framework that ensures fairness, consistency, and clear performance metrics.
- Review and update systems, policies, and procedures to align with organisational values and goals.
- Oversee projects and change management initiatives to streamline processes and drive automation.
- Lead on risk and governance matters, including regulatory reporting and audits.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver initiatives that support business growth and protection.
- Use data and MI reporting to analyse trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
- Act as a thought leader, promoting innovative approaches to culture and organisational change.
Job Requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent qualifications in HRM.
- CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project management and leading strategic change initiatives.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and resource/budgetary management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of generalist HR practices and strategy development.
