People Business Partner, Organisational Effectiveness

Our client seeks a skilled People Business Partner to drive organisational effectiveness through strategic people initiatives. Job Duties:

  • Manage and develop the People Operations team, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Review and enhance people processes to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, and team structures.
  • Develop and implement a performance management framework to support fair and consistent goal setting and evaluation.
  • Lead organisational design, establishing clear job families, titles, and people architecture.
  • Maintain and update people systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with business values.
  • Lead people projects and change management initiatives to drive efficiency and process automation.
  • Oversee people risk, governance, regulatory reporting, and audit processes.
  • Provide expertise in organisational change, development, and talent management.
  • Analyse People MI to identify trends, guide decision-making, and propose proactive solutions.
  • Support case management for disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters.
  • Collaborate with the People team to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation by challenging traditional approaches to people, culture, and change.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional/vocational qualification in HRM.
  • CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent.
  • Proven project management experience and strategic change skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong resource and budget management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of generalist HR practices and strategy development.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and role modelling organisational values.
