Job Duties:
- Manage client relationships and administration, including distributing call and distribution notices, interpreting agreements, assessing client profitability, and handling cash management tasks.
- Participate in Real Estate and Private Equity Fund administration, including maintaining investor details, performing calls and distributions, and managing portfolio records.
- Coordinate company secretarial duties and maintain investor or Limited Partner registers.
- Gain familiarity with Limited Partnership Agreements and other legal documents relevant to fund management and administration.
- Undertake daily cash management tasks, ensuring familiarity with banking and payment processes, billing, and cash collection systems.
- Assist in the take-on and set-up of new clients, including the creation of new SPVs, Limited Partnerships, and Trusts.
- Play a pivotal role in satisfying KYC and AML policy requirements for new entities or investors.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the Management Team.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent (grades A-C), with GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades A-C / 9-4).
- Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proven computer literacy and a willingness to develop skills in internal systems, controls, procedures, and KYC.
- Ability to effectively write business correspondence, respond to enquiries, and present information to clients and team members.
- Desire to learn about statutory requirements, corporate governance, and agreements related to real estate and private equity.
