Our client is seeking a New Business Administrator to work as part of the pan-island new business take-on team. Job Duties:
- Manage the entire client take-on process, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the local and international conflicts process.
- Undertake initial risk assessments and ensure that all client take-on checks (Worldcheck, internet searches, and sanctions checks) are completed to the highest standards.
- Collect and review all client take-on documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Manage the risk referrals process for high-risk clients, including completing risk referral forms and submitting them to the risk panel.
- Complete client profile forms and ensure all documentation is submitted for final approval.
- Collaborate with service lines throughout the process to manage client expectations and expedite the take-on process.
- Act in an advisory capacity to provide practical, effective, and business-focused advice on client take-on queries.
- Proactively monitor open client and suspended codes, escalating issues as necessary.
- Escalate any client take-on issues to the New Business Assistant Manager as required.

- Maintains the highest professional standards to ensure the firm is not exposed to risk.
- Proactive attitude and confident decision-making.
- Must be able to manage stress and remain calm under pressure.
- Holds or is willing to work towards obtaining the International Compliance Association Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence.
