Job Duties:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing procedures, identifying bottlenecks and risks.
- Lead the implementation of procedural changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between departments including Risk, Compliance, IT, and Operations to ensure effective integration of new processes.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on updated procedures, ensuring staff adoption and understanding.
- Ensure all procedural changes comply with international banking regulations and local legal requirements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of procedural changes.
- Prepare reports for senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and the impact of changes.
- Support the Senior Operations Manager in planning and executing process improvement projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Adhere to CPD requirements and core organisational values.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or procedural change within the financial services sector, preferably in international banking.
- Proven experience in managing change in a regulatory-driven environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and banking systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Expertise in process mapping and process re-engineering.
- Knowledge of international banking regulations and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
