Job Duties:
- Develop skills in administering trusts and personal financial structures, including managing bank accounts and arranging transactions.
- Learn to manage companies, including opening and administering bank accounts, and understanding statutory accounts and financial information.
- Liaise with advisers, professional intermediaries, and financial institutions, delivering accurate and timely assistance.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Assist in delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional relationships with external advisors.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Record all time accurately in the time recording system with clear narratives.
- Contribute to achieving financial targets as determined by management.
- Undertake other duties as required by management.
