Compliance Manager

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Compliance Manager to support the Head of Compliance in implementing the financial crime framework and overseeing compliance matters for insurance and fiduciary businesses. Job Duties:

  • Manage the compliance monitoring programme.
  • Advise client leads on compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, including the GFSC.
  • Act as Nominated Officer.
  • Ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
  • Provide advice on policy and procedures manuals.
  • Report compliance matters to clients.
  • Collaborate with central group compliance support staff.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial services compliance role.
  • Familiarity with Guernsey’s financial crime framework.
  • Relevant compliance qualification.
  • Knowledge of insurance and/or fiduciary regulation (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
