Job Duties:
- Manage job listings and monitor incoming applications through the applicant tracking system.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including partners, directors, hiring managers, and external agencies.
- Address recruitment-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements, job descriptions, and approvals.
- Create and publish job adverts across various platforms to maximise visibility.
- Source and connect with suitably qualified candidates through direct outreach and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, managing their progression through the recruitment system pipelines.
- Negotiate employment terms and manage offers for successful candidates.
- Represent the organisation at job fairs and career events.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- IT proficiency, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Results-driven and skilled at problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a diplomatic approach.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and professional demeanour.
