Job Duties:
- Complete and distribute application and redemption documentation for funds.
- Initiate payment and settlement instructions.
- Update the trade log and maintain permanent record files for all funds held.
- Liaise with Global Custody and Client Liaison Officers (CLOs) regarding transactions or changes and assist with resolving any issues.
- Execute customer orders for equities, bonds, unit trusts, and other financial products.
- Monitor and reconcile limit orders.
- Quote foreign exchange (FX) and money market (MM) rates for client transactions.
- Monitor FX and MM positions and perform dealings as required.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in dealing functions, including funds, equities, bonds, and other investment products.
- Proven self-management skills gained in a treasury function generating significant gross profits.
- Ability to interpret and communicate market and economic data effectively.
- Stable temperament with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable: Attainment of or willingness to study for a relevant professional investment qualification.
